What reaches us
There are no logins, comments, mailing lists or web forms on Casino Chronik. Data reaches us in three ways only:
- server logs: your browser automatically sends its IP address, the time, the address of the page it asks for and of the page you came from, plus browser and device details;
- cookies, listed in the table below;
- email: whatever you put in a message to us, and the address you send it from.
Card numbers, ID documents and casino account details are never requested, and we ask you not to send them.

Cloudflare sits in front of the site, handling connection data to serve pages quickly and stop malicious traffic. The hosting company keeps the server logs. Clicking a /go/ link passes the click to the casino and its affiliate network, whose own privacy terms then take over. Personal information is never sold.
Data outside Canada
Our publisher is a Gibraltar company and our providers operate in several countries, so your information may be handled outside Canada and become subject to foreign law. We pick providers that protect data sensibly.
Retention
Logs are purged once their security value has passed. Each cookie lapses on the schedule in the table. Correspondence is kept only while your query, and anything arising from it, is still open.
What you can ask for
Email [email protected] to obtain a copy of your data, fix mistakes in it, take back consent or request erasure where permitted. Unhappy with how we respond? The Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada hears complaints, as does the Commission d'accès à l'information for Quebec residents.
Young people
Casino Chronik is for readers 19+ (18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec). Information about anyone younger is not collected on purpose, and we delete it if we learn of it.
